Join us for a special presentation on Portrait Photography by Olivia, owner of Olivia Acton Photography. Olivia will walk us through the key elements of a successful portrait shoot, including lighting techniques to avoid unwanted shadows and recommended camera settings.
During the presentation, members of the club will serve as live models, giving everyone a chance to see these techniques demonstrated in real time.
There will also be time at the end for a Q&A session, so bring your questions and take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a professional portrait photographer!

Join us for a unique outdoor photography outing at Al’s Auto Body and Arboretum in Walworth, Wisconsin. This location offers a variety of photographic opportunities, combining the rustic character of a working auto body shop with the peaceful beauty of a garden setting.
What You’ll Find * Over 400 varieties of hostas * Shaded walking paths beneath oak and hickory trees * Beautiful Japanese maples and ferns * A tranquil five-acre shade garden oasis
The contrast between the rustic automotive environment and the lush gardens creates many interesting compositions for photographers.
Carpool Information If you would like to carpool, we will meet at Premier Bank at 5:00 PM and drive together to Walworth. Otherwise, you may meet us directly at Al’s Auto Body and Arboretum at 6:00 PM.

Join us for an evening of photography and fellowship at Magnolia Bluff Park.
We will meet at 6:00 PM for a picnic (lasting about one hour) before heading out for our photoshoot. Feel free to bring something to eat and enjoy visiting with fellow members before we begin shooting.
The photoshoot will focus on landscape photography and the sunset, taking advantage of the beautiful views and lighting from Magnolia Bluff. This is a great opportunity to practice capturing golden hour light, dramatic skies, and scenic landscapes.
Bring your camera, tripod, and any lenses you enjoy using for landscape photography.
